What an amazing concept the Lark Community is.  My wife and I spent more than a year looking for property in/around downtown Edmond, and when we finally found the Lark, we fell in love with the “pocket neighborhood” concept right away.  A stand-alone newbuild within walking distance of all that downtown has to offer???  Genius! From start to finish, it was a pleasure working with everyone involved in our Lark project.  Special thanks to Tray and Brett who really took the time to keep us informed and help bring our (sometimes unconventional) ideas to life! We were frequent visitors to the build, and were always impressed with the quality of workmanship and attention to detail.  We loved watching it come together, and getting to see behind the walls gives us great confidence that things were done the right way – no shortcuts... What few “warranty” items we have had were all dealt with quickly and easily met the high expectations we have for the team. We enjoyed the whole experience and cannot say enough good things about the team.  If we ever build again, we wouldn’t hesitate to give the project to the Lark Team.

I was very impressed with Tray and his team from the beginning, but my opinion went from "great" to "exceptional" and even "rare" when, after the paperwork was signed and work had started, every decision that he was faced with, he always did what was RIGHT, simply because it was right. Some of these decisions cost him money and time, and other builders and contractors I've dealt with usually argue so they don't have to pay for it. This was never the case with Stone Ridge Homes. Truly honest, transparent, and just as important, friendly all the way to the very end. I don't write very many reviews but this one was important that others should know. If you hire Tray or buy a Stone Ridge home, know that the service and craftsmanship will be above and beyond expectation.
